What is the process?
The Prep
Once you book your session, you will receive "The Senior Experience": a session prep guide packed full of important info to help you prepare and make the most of our time together, from outfits to accessories and tips.. this guide has it all!
Let me know prior to our session if there's any special requests, props or poses you'd like to incorporate.
I also like to keep a good watch on the weather for our session location / time and will communicate efficiently if there becomes an issue or a need to reschedule.
During Our Session
All you have to do is be there, and I'll do the rest... Seriously! This should be a fun and memorable experience!
Don't worry, no one is naturally a model. You'll be given direction and guidance the entire session to ensure you feel and look your best.

After our session together, I immediately get to work on choosing your best images from our time together and start editing right away!
One of my favorite things to do is send a sneak peak of a few images from your session within 48 hours! Your full gallery of images will be emailed to you in approx. 3-4 weeks.
This online gallery will include ALL of your edited high resolution photos and will be available to instantly download and share as you wish. There won't be ANY extra charges/ fees for more photos.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I wear?
A. I will be sending you my pre-session info packet once you book. This provides you with all the tips and tricks to make you look and feel your best the day of our session. Hopefully, this relieves some pre-photo shoot stress on what to wear or do before we even meet.
What if I don't know how to pose?
A. Honestly, that is the BEST THING. Don't stress about posing because I am going to help guide you through the whole session. My sessions are laid back, so if you need a minute to touch up your hair or makeup, for example, then we will stop to do that. I'll be your #1 hype girl!
Do you travel?
A. I am based out of Milledgeville, Georgia. I do charge a mileage fee to travel outside of the area. Contact me for specifics!
How do I apply for the RWP Spokesmodel Squad?
A. The Senior Spokesmodel Squad is a group of high school senior girls who have the opportunity to represent Rachel Wood Photography for their entire senior year, receiving countless perks and photoshoots.
Applications will be open the beginning in February of your Junior year, and there are limited spots. Reach out for more details!
